Crossroads Warren is looking to hire a Unit Leader with the following skills.

-Has a Bachelors degree.

-37.5 hours a week, including rotating on major holidays.

-Provides direct and indirect service to Clubhouse members, their families and designated others.

-Implements The Clubhouse model components.

-Monitors and initiates relationships and action to ensure that maximum Clubhouse standards of efficiency are promoted and upheld.

-Attends trainings required for Accreditation.

-Completes required and appropriate record keeping: including clinical records (Person Centered Plan, Case Notes, etc.) and statistical reports, where appropriate support Clubhouse members.

-Builds relationships, and works cooperatively with Clubhouse members.

-Participates in unit meetings, promotes psychosocial training with Clubhouse members.

-Monitors customer services to Clubhouse membership.

-Develops effective relationships with service providers, home staff and families.
